The chairman and members of the Revolutionary Committee were appointed by a resolution approved by the Central Executive Committees of the Turkestan ASSR, Bukharan SSR, and Khorazm SSR on 18 Nov 1924 and assumed office on the same day by issuing an order to that effect.
