[1] The chairman and members of the Revolutionary Committee were appointed by a resolution of the Council of People's Commissars of the Russian SFSR on 24 Jul 1919. They arrived to the seat of government, Orenburg, in early August 1919. The date of the first meeting of the Committee is unknown, but the first outgoing document is dated 7 Aug 1919.

[3] Pestkovskij ceased to attend the meetings of the Committee after 9 Jul 1920, but formally retained the office of chairman of the Committee. Radus-Zen'kovič was appointed by a resolution of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of 26 Aug 1920, arrived to Orenburg on or before 4 Oct 1920 and chaired the only meeting of the Committee on 9 Oct 1920.
