1 Jul 1944 State Anti-fascist Council for the National Liberation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Zemaljsko antifašističko vijeće narodnog oslobođenja Bosne i Hercegovine, Земаљскo aнтифашистичко виjеће народног ослобођења Босне и Херцеговине) is constituted as the highest legislative and executive authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina as part of Yugoslavia in accordance with a resolution of the State Anti-fascist Council passed on 1 Jul 1944 in Sanski Most (BiH Official Gazette, No. 1, 20 Jun 1945, p. 3; ZAVNOBiH Documents, pp. 232-233)
