The Executive Power is split between the Presidente de la República (President of the Republic), in charge of External Relations, Interior (Police), and Defense; and the Consejo Nacional de Administración (National Council of Administration), in charge of Finance, Husbandry and Agriculture, Public Education, and Public Health.
