[1] From 13 Nov 1918 to 14 Dec 1918 in opposition to Hetʹman vsijeji Ukrajiny; seat of government from 15 Nov 1918 was located in Bila Tserkva, from 19 Dec 1918 in Kiev.
[2] Ceased to function as an organised body when its functions were officially transferred to Holova Dyrektoriji in accordance with a resolution of 15 Nov 1919.
[3] The functions of Holova Dyrektoriji during the vacancy were rotating between the Dyrektorija members Petljura, Andrijevsʹkyj, Makarenko and Švecʹ.
[4] Intermittently absent from the national territory being represented in Ukraine by the Council of Ministers which became government-in-exile 16 Jul 1920. The Council briefly resumed its functions in Ukraine 15 Sep 1920 and held the last session on Ukrainian soil 22 Nov 1920, which date is selected as the notional date (†) for the end of term of the Dyrektorija.
