| On 12 Jun 1798 most of the members of the Government were arrested and the Uitvoerend Bewind (Execuitve Authority) was dissolved; a five-member Intermediair Bestuur (Interim Government) was formed; its five members organised themselves on 14 Jun 1798 as the Intermediair Uitvoerend Bewind (Interim Executive Authority); there is no record of a chairman of the Interim Government during its three-day term 12 Jun 1798 - 14 Jun 1798. |
