5 Jun 1800 the government of the Ligurian Republic ceased to function after the occupation of Genoa by the army of the Austrian monarchy (Gazzetta di Genova, No. 1, 9 Jun 1800, pp. 1-7) [2]
24 Jun 1800 the government of the Ligurian Republic is completely re-established after the occupation of Genoa by the army of France (Gazzetta nazionale, No. 1, 28 Jun 1800, pp. 1-4)
4 Jun 1805 the territory of the Ligurian Republic is incorporated into the French Empire in accordance with a decree approved by the Senato of the Ligurian Republic on 25 May 1805 and publicly accepted by the Emperor of the French at a ceremony held in Milan on 4 Jun 1805 (Raccolta delle leggi, e atti, decreti, e proclami pubblicati dal Senato, 4:121-122; Gazzetta nazionale, No. 23, 8 Jun 1805, pp. 187-188)
9 Jun 1805 the Constitution of the Ligurian Republic is abolished, the government is dissolved in accordance with a decree issued by the minister of the interior of the French Empire in Genoa on 9 Jun 1805 (Gazzetta di Genova, No. 1, 15 Jun 1805, p. 4)

[1] The proclamations and decrees of the Provisional Government established on 14 Jun 1797 originally referred to the polity as Repubblica di Genova or Repubblica Genovese. It was gradually replaced with Repubblica Ligure by the time when the Constitution of 1797 was proclaimed.
[2] The government of the Ligurian Republic was partially restored on the territory controlled by the army of France on 16 Jun 1800.
