22 Sep 1937 Chinese Soviet Republic ceased to exist de facto following the publication of the declaration of co-operation between the Communist Party of China and Kuomintang (Central Daily News, No. 3336, 23 Sep 1937, p. 3)

[1] The original version of the declaration published in Red Flag Weekly was issued by and referred to the Provisional Government of the Chinese Soviet Republic (Zhōnghuá sūwéiāi gònghéguó línshí zhèngfǔ | 中華蘇維埃共和國臨時政府). The second version was published in Red China, No. 2, 18 Dec 1931, p. 1. It was dated 27 Nov 1931 and issued by the Central Provisional Government of the Chinese Soviet Republic (Zhōnghuá sūwéiāi gònghéguó línshí zhōngyāng zhèngfǔ | 中華蘇維埃共和國臨時中央政府).
